Past projects

Background Based on an “out-of-the-box” concept we realized a number of intranet applications. During the initial stages of a project we would define the information architecture of the otherwise highly standardized intranet application. Also during this phase we would collect information on the placement of intranet modules (web parts) and other necessary customization. The standardized approach helped us implementing an impressive number of intranets in only a short amount of time and in most cases those customers went live within weeks instead of months.

Background A German enterprise wanted to replace its Lotus Notes environment with SharePoint 2010. During the early project stages we helped by analyzing existing Lotus Notes functionality. By grouping it and mapping it to possible SharePoint Customizations we managed to create a clear picture of the new SharePoint 2010 environment.

Background The company wanted to improve and harmonize its internal communication. Hence for its 2.200 employees a global CMS-Platform for the managed publication of news and information e.g. events, projects, internal vacancies etc. was concepted and realized. A second SharePoint instance was configured to support collaboration on the basis of tailored templates for the teams and projects.

Background This enterprise customer already used Microsoft SharePoint as its central platform for internet and intranet publishing. The third pillar was collaboration and for its Swiss division content was to be migrated from the shared network drive as well as from LiveLink. An itterative process was designed to migrate organization unit after organization in an incremental way, similar to this method.

Background The customer needed a central internet collaboration space to publish and share important documents with its B2B customers. Logins for these B2B customer were saved in a separate SQL database and could be managed from within the Extranet Manager we concepted and developed. SharePoint’s role model was enhanced so that customers could only see there own documents. The distribution of documents was highly automated by reading metadata that was stored in PDF documents uploaded.
